Laundry bags are provided to all new customers on the day of the first pickup.
Two different colored bags are provided: one for standard wash and fold laundry and one for pressed laundry.
Clients are responsible for separating wash and fold items from pressed items using the correct bag.
Each bag holds approximately 20–25 pounds.

Yes. If your order is placed by 11 a.m., you will receive your order the following morning.
